Hoodii is a young male SandWing, and a dragon of historic Pyrrhia, around the time of the Harrow Era. He is an orphan and a rather poor citizen of a small town in the sand kingdom. He works as the paperboy for the neighborhood, but has aspirations to become a successful musician.
